Full replacement of legacy camera and intercom systems at an occupied 200-unit condominium in Arlington, Virginia. The project covered all stairwells, elevator lobbies, parking levels, package rooms, and entry points.
- 39 IP cameras covering all common areas, parking, and entry points
- 25 ButterflyMX access control readers with mobile and fob credential support
- 12 access control controllers and 1 ButterflyMX intercom system
- 7 strike locks and 4 camera gateways
- 2 Ubiquiti PoE switches for dedicated camera network
- Residents maintained uninterrupted door access throughout the entire 6-week project
- Zero security gaps during the transition from old to new system
